Next is mounting the small mechanical self timer. You can get one off ebay or even from a photography store (http://home.att.net/~drt-3d/toys/timers). You will also use the box that the timer came in, so KEEP THIS BOX!
First unscrew the top and remove the spring and pin.
Unscrew the back plate using a jeweler's screwdriver. You will be mounting this on the side of the drill case opposite of the Hama viewer you worked on in the previous pages. Take the black plastic plate on this side and mark the holes.
Drill the holes for a 4-40 screw
Also drill out the back of the self timer with a 4-40 bit. You can then tap the holes to fit a 4-40 thread.
Screw it down from the inside
If you tapped the holes then screw down tight
